Thought it would be good to suggest good parking spots in Paignton for tourists and locals alike. I would recommend Cleveland Road, off Esplanade Road. You can nearly always get a spot and its free. Then only a two or free minute walk and you're on Torbay Road.

Roads across Torbay are being targeted in a £250,000 works programme aimed at reducing the risk of potholes. Treatment will involve laying a thin ‘micro-asphalt’ surface in a similar manner to earlier work successfully completed in March. A 15-year-old boy was rushed to hospital with serious head injuries following an incident involving a moped and a pedestrian on Redwell Road, Paignton yesterday (July 21) afternoon. A man in his 40s from the Marldon area died yesterday morning (July 4) after his vehicle collided with a tree near Kingskerswell. The accident happened between 7am and 7.20am when a green Mitsubishi Delica crashed into a tree close to the entrance to Stoneycombe Quarry. The driver died at the scene. A man has been taken to hospital after his motorcycle was involved a collision with a van on the A385 at Paignton today.
