Where to watch the world cup in Paignton?

The
-
Come on England!
draw has been done, the squad has been announced and so all that’s left to
decide is where to cheer on our boys from?
England’s
first (and hopefully not last) three matches are scheduled for:
19:30 on
Saturday 12th June vs the USA
19:30 on
Friday 18th June vs Algeria
15:00
on Wednesday 23rd vs Slovenia
So
what are Paignton’s best footie watching pubs?
Grand
Central is guaranteed to provide a buzzing atmosphere in the centre of
Paignton. Might have to get there early though.
Noah’s
Ark Inn, Totnes Road, has a big screen that will no doubt be pulled down for
the matches. (Good food and cheap drink while you watch it there too).
The
Old Manor Inn, in Old Torquay Road, is also known as a top footie watching pub.
Where else is rolling out a big screen for the matches in June? We're
particularly keen to hear from you if you run a pub in the Paignton area and
are planning something special!
