Gone down hill
I used to shop in stokes regularly, however i kept finding mouldy fruit or veg, or soft onions and potatoes. I stopped shopping there but still pop in there now and again in the hope that it's improved. It hasn't, in fact it seems to be turning into a mini mart. Paignton needs a well run fruit and veg shop!!!

cheap and always fresh!
Located in the town centre, Stokes offer a great selection of fresh fruit and veg, as well as drinks, ready-made salads, dried fruit, nuts, etc. They also sell more exotic fruit and veg, great if you’re feeling adventurous in the kitchen! They often have special promotions so you can pick up your salad ingredients at a very low cost. Very friendly staff.

It is always lovely to be able to pick up fresh fruit and vegetables for your evening meal.
