The best Italian restaurant in Paignton. Maybe the best restaurant in Paignton. Nothing is too much trouble for La Scala. They make a borthday party or anniversary extra-special. i cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Enjoyable
Very enjoyable, nice surroundings, but they don't do pizza's, food was hot and the desserts were absolutely superb.

Finest Italian in Paignton
I had the best Italian meal of my life here the other night and I was so impressed I felt compelled to write this review. La Scala Trattoria specialise in seafood dishes, I had a starter of salmon stuffed with prawns and feta, which was delicious. The whole experience was great; the staff were lovely, the location is brilliant and the restaurant is filled with a lively, buzzing social atmosphere. I think therell be some birthday parties here in the future.

lovely italian food
lovely place. great for parties, they specialise in that, when we went a few weeks ago, there were about 4 more parties aswell, good service and food it very authentic. they even bought out a birthday cake with the coffee at no extra charge for us to take home. would def. go back. very reasonable prices with lots of specials.
