Tenderness

I must admit, I have never seen such tenderness in the vet world as we receive from the staff at Silvertons...the receptionist is so friendly and knows us by name when we phone up...not that we are there that much...rescueing Boxer dogs means I am there about 6/7 times a year with my foster dogs when they need it...Richard is both informative and forthcoming with all the facts ...something some NHS doctors could take note from....
