Why I like Paignton
It's something of a cultural refuge for artists or artisans of all denominations.
Why I don't like Paignton
Hard to think of anything, actually, apart perhaps from the railway crossing in the centre of town. Although even that has a certain calming, civilising influence... as if time stops still on occasion.
