Let’s face it, Paignton hasn’t got much to offer in terms of nightlife with The Gallery and Audio being the only clubs open till late. With Audio, it really depends on the night and people who are in the club. I went there on a few occasions and if it wasn’t for my company, I wouldn’t have enjoyed it all... I am in my early 30s and the club seems to be more suitable for people in their early 20s, I felt old there! They play the latest chart anthems and the decor is modern, drink prices reasonable, similar to other nigh clubs in Torbay. The staff are this place’s main asset — always smiling, friendly and outgoing. It can get quite dangerous outside when you leave the club late at night, so make sure you book a cab so it’s waiting for you at the door.
