I'm doing the Sahara Race 2010

Hi,

I will be doing the Sahara Race 2010. It is 150 miles (250km) in six days. It takes place on the 3rd Oct I will be fundraising for Help for Heroes.

If you think as of today's date 256 service personnel have been killed in Afghanistan if you work on for every one that is killed about 10 are wounded that is a lot of service men and woman that are having life changing injuries with very little help for the government. That is where H4Hs comes in.
