10 things I hate about Paignton!!

Lived here for too long and need to get this off my chest. Bored and came across this website so here goes.
SEAGULLS – The bane of my existence… and especially my sleep. How I’d love to shoot them.
THE BEACH (especially Preston) – Dirty, stony, litter-filled sand washed with grubby water.
FOXHOLE ESTATE – say no more!
SHOPS – or lack of good ones rather.
PUBS – (see reason for hating shops).
THE OFT-DISMAL WEATHER – The English Riviera it is NOT.
THE ARCADES – A breeding ground for hoodie wearers.
OUR MAYOR IS NICK BYE – Oh dear…
THE LEVEL CROSSING – some might think it brings character to the town… I think it brings annoyance!
PARKING – The obligatory 15 or so minute drive around to finally get a spot within a mile radius of where you want to go!

Depends how much you owe!! If you meant own then perhaps not the devil but maybe Paignton's answer to Donald Trump!

ReportI love Preston beach/sea front. Always clears the mind walking along that beach. I've made some key life decisions staring out to the sea.

ReportSuch negativity on this site... how about 10 things good about Paignton? The scenery, the zoo, oldway, Apollo, mini golf, beaches, Quay west, Occombe farm, Torbay leisure centre, the pretty harbour, harbour lights, steam railway and i could go on...
