My Festival 2010 in Paignton cancelled

A free event for young people in the Bay, which was due to take place on Saturday, September 18 at Torbay Leisure Centre has been cancelled.

My Festival 2010 was being organised by Chairman of the event, Cllr Cindy Stocks, in partnership with Torbay Council youth workers and PCSO's from across the Bay.

However, not enough exhibitors expressed an interest in taking part so the event has now been called off.

Chair, Councillor Cindy Stocks, said: "I am extremely disappointed we have had to cancel My Festival 2010. However, I hope that we will be able to reschedule the event for next spring."
