Landlords Training and Information Days at Oldway Mansion, Paignton

The days will focus on the main issues facing landlords including setting up, managing and ending tenancies, repairing obligations, property standards, anti-social behaviour, housing benefit and the Local Housing Allowance. The sessions aim to give private landlords information and training so they can operate to the highest management standards.

Monday 8 November, 9.30am to 1.15pm, Oldway Mansion.
