Can anyone tell me why, in a difficult economic climate, it's so difficult to get proper service in shops? Either the staff are too busy talking to each other, staff who don't know about their products give misleading information or the music (or more often the chat between songs) too loud so it's distracting and makes it a challenge to think and/or listen to the sales assistants explaining about their products. Is it just me that has a problem with this?
