I read some of the ideas in the Herald this morning.

A lot of the suggestions sound great. A farmer’s market or craft/antiques market I particularly like – just to give Paignton town an identity (which I feel it hasn’t got) and something regular that people and businesses could work together towards.

Not sure about weatherproof pianos dotted around though!
