Lewis, I have already been there and done that and I think the numerous complaints speak for themselves don't you?
And are we likely to get a reply?
The main complaint is that there is no facilty on the new site to comment on readers letters and, from what I can see, the letters page no longer exists online?

Well Okay Lewis, but please keep us updated. For myself - having written and commented to the good old Herald for well over forty years (and I keep my old cuttings to prove it) it comes as a nasty shock indeed and I do hope we can get back to how we were - else I fear more dwindling readership figures are imminent.
