Wanting to rent a shop short term.....

We are a small independent animal rescue group and would like to rent a small shop for a month, having spoken to a few estate agencies it seems there is so much red tape, and only 6 month rentals. Does anyone own a currently empty shop that we can rent for a reasonable price for a month at a time? We have good bank refs and our petron is Adrian Sanders MP so we have good credentials.
