Reopening of the old Rossiters Store

I was disappointed to read in the Herald Express that the former Rossiters store won't be open in time for Christmas. Apparently legal negotiations are still going on and it won't be until the spring that it opens now. This is the story in the Herald Express: tinyurl.com/yek9ts5
