    Free parking in Paignton this Christmas: There will be free parking this Boxing Day on the Eastern Esplanade, Paignton sea front, so that local residents can witness the annual 'Walk into the sea.'
    The council are offering an early Christmas present to Paignton's local traders and shoppers this year, with free parking on the evenings of late night shopping across the Bay.
