Love this place. No frills, no gimmicks, just an old fashioned cafe serving well cooked delicious fry ups with big mugs of tea or coffee.
I used to call in here and meet a friend who worked close by and we would have bacon sandwiches on white bread and egg and chips and still come out with far more change in our hands than you would get in any other cafe in the bay!

A good old fashioned fry up!
No this is what you call a proper 'caf' where they don't mess around with fancy french toast or eggs benedict and give the customer what they want - the classic english breakfast!
I normally pop in here after an unwanted trip to my nearby doctors and sitting down in a place like this with a steaming mug of tea and an egg and bacon sandwich on reassuring white bread makes me feel at peace with the world :-)
