Our fantastic museum in Torquay features four attractions in one place!
Life Sized Street
Our life-sized Victorian street allows you to experience what a local town would have looked like during the Victorian era. Complete with high street shops that display popular products that would have been available during that time.
28-Foot Model Railway
Our fully working model railway is complete with a dramatic mountain backdrop. Watch as the miniaturised trains weave around the detailed scenery!
World War I Trench
Take a glimpse into what life might have been like for soldiers in the trenches during the First World War. Set in France in 1916, you'll be able to see some of the conditions that soldiers had to live in during that time.
Period Display Rooms
Split into three rooms, The Nursery, The Kitchen, and The Station Hotel, you can view our extensively decorated display rooms from the Golden Victorian age.
The museum also features a 40s/50s shopping arcade, Fantasy Land, the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company and much more!

Very, very interesting. Brilliant to do on a wet day, children found it really good, especially in the fantasy land which is all lit up and very colourful. It has an old street with authentic smells and shop fronts, then there is a bedroom, kitchen etc. which is set in victorian times. A reenacted walk through trench from the war with sounds!
