Woman found dead in garden in Brixham

The body of a woman was found in the garden of a property in Brixham yesterday morning.

A woman was found dead in a garden in Brixham on Sunday, January 22.
No formal ID has taken place and the death is not been treated as suspicious.
The body was found while police were searching for a 52-year-old missing person Rosemary Prowse, who was last seen at 12.30pm on Friday, January 20.
Rosemary is described as a white female of stocky build, with tightly curled brown hair that she normally wears in a small ponytail. She also has a scar on her nose from a recent skin graft.
She was last seen at a pottery open day at Lupton Park in Brixham, and was wearing a blue and white long sleeved top with a navy cardigan. She was also wearing navy blue linen trousers and black furry boots.
Rosemary lives in the Stokinteignhead area near Newton Abbot. There is a possibility she may have returned to the area.
