The water charge sga continues...
South West Water cover over the cracks by making it look like they care about the struggle of the poor by way of offering help with their Water Care Scheme when the real help needed is a sensible affordable water bill.
It seems to me SWW are insulting consumers intelligence by way of offering advice and the like in managing outgoings, they are putting the onus on the poor water consumer making it look as though they are unable to do so, when constantly they increase their bills over the inflation rate.
And there seems to be no just way of billing those who are unable to have a water meter installed. Part of the scheme tells us how to ration our water usage to avoid high bills and despite this awareness they were still advising me on this point.
Eventually following many email exchanges with three of their accounts helpline people on my mailing list - and after I have queried the enormous executive salaries relating the percentage of my income having to be put aside for water bills as against theirs, the difference is huge they inform me that they are not prepared to reply to further emails from me regarding the subject, that they are not compelled as a private company to reveal executives salary and so on.
So it would seem at the end of the day they do not really care one iota about the struggle of the poor to help pay those gross salaries to the greedy fat cats like they have no conscience, so all they tell us about the way they can help and the rest of it is a loaf of you know what.
I shall now try to contact one of their executives in the battle for justice regarding the ever increasing division between the rich and the poor generally.
