AN ARRAY of South Devon community groups are being nominated for a share of our £25,000 Cash For Your Community fund. And there is still plenty of time to join the community cash wagon.

hopeful: Members of the Beacon Wheelchair Dancers Club who are applying for our Cash For Your Community fund
The Herald Express is working in partnership with Western Power Distribution, which is offering the £25,000 fund. Community groups can win up to £2,000 with a minimum award of £450.
Among the hopefuls is the Beacon Wheelchair Dancers, based in Paignton.
The disabled and able-bodied dance troupe are among the best in the country.
It has set up the national Wheelchair Dance Sport Association and has its new head office in Winner Street, Paignton.
But as helper Nigel Cummings explained, it all costs money.
He said: "Our main cost is getting dancers to and from the venue every week. We have a bus which costs about £80, but we may only make £30 a week.
"That's a loss of £50 each week, but we can't charge people more than that.
"We have been going for 26 years and the most important thing for us is to keep the group going. Winning cash through this scheme will certainly help us do that."
Use the nomination form, printed in the Herald Express on Page 88 to nominate your favourite cause before February 11. You can also go online for details.
Nominees will be sent an application form to be completed and returned by February 11.
A panel will draw up a shortlist of entries which will go out to the public to vote on by collecting tokens for their favourite project or group in the Herald Express.
