Spate of thefts from cars in Paignton and Torquay

Torbay police are currently investigating a number of thefts from vehicles in and around the Torquay and Paignton areas.

As a result of these investigations police have a number of items, including vehicle satellite navigation and iPod devices.

It is thought that many of these thefts have not been reported to police.

A police spokesman said: "We'd ask members of the public who have lost items or have been the victim of a theft from a vehicle who so far haven't reported the incident to police, to please call us on 01803 841525 / 841615.
