Local author, Linda Mitchelmore received great

success with her latest novel Emma, at her book launch on Thursday 23rd

January at the Torbay Book Shop.

'Emma' is the sequel of 'To Turn Full Circle'

published in 2012 to rave reviews. Fans have not had to wait long to read what

happens to the heroine, Emma in this second book in a planned trilogy.

At the book launch party the guests, many of whom

are celebrated authors themselves, commented on Linda's exciting trilogy that

depicts the southwest in a series of historical romantic fiction.

Michelle Jayne Heatley who's first novel, Fish

Soup will be out this year said, "Emma is

evocative of the era and of a South Devon fishing town loosely based on

Brixham."

Local author Cathie Hartigan said, "I thoroughly enjoyed the first book and am

so looking forward to see how Emma is getting along in the new sequel."

Kate Furnivall who wrote 'The Russian Concubine'

and wrote the blurb on the cover of Emma said she was happy to come along and

support such an exciting up and coming writer.
